Job summary

Cooper’s California Cryobank is seeking an onsite Laboratory Technician to screen, process, and preserve semen samples for clinical use. You will perform daily lab setup, cryogenic procedures, QC checks, and contribute to donor-related tasks while maintaining privacy and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for professional communication.
• Desktop software skills: MS Word and Excel.
• Phlebotomy certification where applicable; phlebotomy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform semen evaluations to screen, process, and preserve samples.
• Daily lab setup and QC, cryogenic procedures, and vial handling.
• Maintain records and perform SOP-compliant tasks.
• Assist with donor-related tasks and privacy preservation.
