Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Base Salary:
  $350,000+ (based on experience)
• Fully Ramped Earning Potential:
  ~$700,000
• Sign-On Bonus:
  $40,000
• Relocation Assistance:
  $10,000
• Partnership Track:
  Available after 2 years
