Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a boutique fertility clinic in Manhattan to recruit a Reproductive Endocrinologist. The role focuses on leading fertility care within a fast-paced, patient-centered team.

The ideal candidate will deliver specialized endocrinology and infertility services, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagement and a competitive compensation package in a prime New York City setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree in OB-GYN is required.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology preferred.
• Active New York State medical license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle outpatient visits in endocrinology and infertility.
• Perform infertility evaluation including ultrasound, SIS, and endometrial biopsies.
• Manage and monitor natural, IUI, and IVF cycles.
• Surgical cases: egg retrievals, cyst aspirations, hysteroscopies, D&C, frozen embryo transfers.
• Oversee medication administration.
• Cover other physicians’ patients when needed.
• Offer call coverage on holidays/weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: M.D. or D.O. in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required).
• Certificate: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology.
• Licensure: Active New York State medical license.
• Experience: We welcome new graduates, but at least two years of work experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in outpatient GYN procedures (ultrasounds, pap smears, blood work, pregnancy confirmation).
• Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Others: Ability to commute to NYC.
