Job summary

San Bernardino County is seeking a Reproduction Equipment Operators I to operate and service digital reproduction and bindery equipment in a print shop or satellite operation. A High School Diploma or GED plus 12 months of full-time printing/bindery experience are required, with working knowledge of Windows applications.

Rulers and math for alignment are desirable; Adobe Suite is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Reproduction Equipment Operators I

The Purchasing Department is recruiting for Reproduction Equipment Operators I who operate and service digital reproduction and bindery equipment in a print shop or an independent satellite operation.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Travel: A valid California Class C Driver License is required to carry out the essential job-related functions of this position. Mileage reimbursement and proof of automobile liability insurance must be maintained.

Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.

CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience/Education: Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D AND twelve (12) months of full-time equivalent experience in a printing or bindery environment performing digital or wide-format printing and bindery functions which includes working with Windows applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers, etc.). (Experience must be clearly described in the Work Experience section of the Application.)
• Experience with usage of rulers and math skills to ensure proper alignment and registrationdesirable. Experience with Adobe Suite also desired.
