Position Overview

The Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster investigates automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury, often involving attorneys and litigation. This remote role allows you to work from home, assessing coverage, liability, and damages while delivering exceptional customer service. Communication with customers and attorneys occurs via calls, email, and text, utilizing innovative platforms to negotiate fair and timely injury settlements.

Location Requirement

Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. This position is not available to residents of California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Required: Prior third-party casualty claim handling experience, especially in NY, NJ, PA.
• Preferred: 2-5 years of complex Bodily Injury claims experience, litigation background.
• Strong communication, independence, and knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
• Proficiency with claim evaluation tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Licensing

• May require obtaining an adjuster or appraiser license within 60 days of hire, with support from the company.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $57,500 to $100,212.50, based on experience and qualifications. A background check is required.
