Role Overview

The Florida Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster investigates automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury, often involving attorneys or litigation. This remote role allows you to work from home while assessing coverage, liability, and damages, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts. You will utilize advanced platforms to negotiate fair injury settlements.

Position Details

This role involves handling moderate files for the state of Florida, requiring experience in:

• Customer service with empathy and clarity
• Independent investigation of casualty claims
• Effective communication via phone, email, and video chat
• Negotiating claims settlements tactfully
• Utilizing various tools for efficient claim evaluation
• Accurate documentation and policy adherence

Work Location

This is a permanent remote, home-based position within the United States, excluding California, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of 3rd party Bodily Injury claim handling experience
• Florida casualty claim handling experience
• Strong communication and independent work skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and liability
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Experience with claims tools and platforms

Licensing

Licensing for adjusters or appraisers may be required within 60 days of hire. Assistance will be provided if needed.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $82,542.50, based on experience. A $1,000 licensing sign-on bonus may apply if eligible.
