Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a Ticket Operations Representative to assist the Ticket Operations Director with all box office activities. This in-person role requires handling sales across in-person, phone, internet, and mail channels, while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, familiarity with ticketing systems (SeatGeek preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings,

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous money or ticket handling experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems; SeatGeek preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills; manage priorities and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must stand and have mobility for periods.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • May view computer screens for long periods.
  • Flexible schedule; long hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
  • Must complete pre-employment forms and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Process ticket sales in person, by phone, internet, and mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues/complaints.
  • Utilize technology to process orders (computers, cell phones).
  • Determine and collect fees, guide patron decisions, issue tickets.
  • Process and verify credit card purchases.
  • Stay informed on all Stadium offerings and events.
  • Operate SeatGeek ticketing system.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Department: Ticket Operations

Reports to: Director, Ticket Operations

Format: In-person

Summary:

The Ticket Operations Representative assists the Ticket Operations Director with all box office activities.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Process ticket sales efficiently and effectively in person, by phone, by internet, and by mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues and/or complaints.
  • Utilize different types of technology to help process orders including computers and cell phones.
  • Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide patron decisions, and issue tickets.
  • Process and verify credit card purchases.
  • Be well-versed on all State Farm Stadium offerings, stay current on all events
  • Operate SeatGeek ticketing system.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education:High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:Previous money or ticket handling experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and more specifically the SeatGeek ticketing system preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and multi-task to get competing duties accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • May view computer screens for long periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule required, must be able to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
