YMCA of Metro Denver seeks an Experience Representative to be the welcoming face for members and guests. You will greet people, share program options, and help members find resources that fit their goals, in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

Under the Experience Director, you will conduct tours, enroll new members, handle inquiries, and support outreach while delivering world-class customer service within our mission-driven, community-focused YMCA.

  • Comfort using basic computer systems for member accounts.
  • Prior customer service or front desk experience is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with members, guests, and visitors in a caring and inclusive way.
  • Provide information about memberships, programs, and services.
  • Handle member check-ins and inquiries; support membership growth through outreach.
  • Conduct membership tours, enroll new members, and process applications.
  • Assist with program registrations and respond to inquiries.
  • Circulate to ensure safety and cleanliness; may act as manager on duty.

The incumbent will handle membership sales and administrative items while demonstrating enthusiasm to members and guests. The Representative works alongside the YMCA Center team to deliver world-class customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA.
