As a Dealer Support Representative you will be responsible for managing assigned dealer accounts with a focus on offering exceptional customer service while working with a team of other Dealer Support Representatives and Dealer Support Clerks to achieve monthly shipment goals. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for our dealers and customers and will provide order status, billing, and shipment updates by working with other departments such as Shipping, Finished Goods, and Accounting to resolve questions in a timely manner.**YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT*** Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? As a Dealer Support Representative, you’ll frequently handle multiple tasks such as processing return authorizations per company policy, assisting dealers and customers with part number requests, and preparing export documentation.* Are you customer centric? You will be working closely with customers through a relationship-based approach to assist them with orders, other product requests, and promoting Watkins Wellness’ products. You’ll also work to resolve any customer issues by using strong problem-solving skills in an expedited manner.* Are you goal oriented? You will work and coordinate with several other departments to prepare dealer and customer orders for shipment per company’s guidelines.* Are you detail-oriented?
