We’re looking for a Registration Representative to join our growing team. Registration Representatives handle all back-office registration tasks, typically identified during claim edit scrubbing, electronic payer rejections, and payer denials. In this role, you will:
Utilize real-time eligibility software in the client system for troubleshooting. If resources for resolution are unavailable, contact the guarantor via statement or letter for assistance. The applicant must have a thorough understanding of insurance eligibility and the connection between eligibility responses, payers, and payer plans in client systems.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos; write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret various graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations; plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work; provide clear and effective direction; communicate effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships; and multi-task.
Physical Demands:
May be required to lift between 30-50 lbs. Limited physical demands.
