Job summary

U-Haul Prattville recherche un(e) représentant(e) du service client à temps partiel pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Vous aiderez les clients, gérerez les locations via U-Scan et veillerez à l’entretien et à la sécurité des véhicules et équipements sur place.

Ce poste requiert un permis de conduire valide et un diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent. Travail sur site avec perspectives d’apprentissage et possibilités d’avancement.

Qualifications

• Licence de conduire valide avec un bon relevé de conduite.
• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent exigé.
• Capacité à exécuter des tâches physiques et à travailler en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du centre U-Haul.
• Utiliser U-Scan pour gérer locations et inventaire.
• Bouger et raccorder des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l’équipement sur le parking.
• Répondre aux questions et informer sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures et retourner les équipements loués.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Remplir le propane (certificat offert après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certificat offert après embauche).

May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields. **Physical Demands:**The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
