U-Haul recherche un représentant du service clientèle à Jersey City (New Jersey) pour un poste à temps partiel. Vous aiderez les clients sur place et en magasin, gérerez les locations via U-Scan et assurerez l’installation et l’inspection des équipements.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
• Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite irréprochable.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Manœuvrer et raccorder les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l’équipement sur le parking, vérifier fluides.
• Préparer les factures de location et restituer le matériel.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage.
• Remplir le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte).
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
