U-Haul recherche un(e) représentant(e) du service client à Inwood, New York, pour un poste à temps partiel. Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dédiée à l’assistance clientèle et à la gestion des locations et de l’inventaire.

Vous utiliserez U-Scan pour les locations, préparerez les factures et effectuerez les inspections des équipements. Formation continue et primes d’embauche prévues.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
• Bonne présentation et sens du service client.
• Capacité à suivre les procédures sécurité et qualité de service.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du centre.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Déplacer et raccorder les camions et remorques.
• Nettoyer et inspecter les équipements sur le terrain.
• Répondre aux questions et conseiller les clients sur les produits.
• Préparer les factures de location et les retours d’équipement.
• Installer attelages et câblage de remorque.

May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.**Physical Demands:**The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
