U-Haul recrute un(e) représentant(e) du service clientèle à Henderson (Nevada). Vous serez l’interface avec les clients, aidant à la location et à l’entretien des équipements, et vous utiliserez une technologie mobile pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.

Le poste est à temps partiel et offre des horaires pratiques, des bonus à l’embauche et diverses prestations. Une expérience en service client et un diplôme d’études secondaires sont souhaités.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license et capacité à maintenir un bon dossier de conduite.
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.

Responsabilités

• Aider les clients à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur d'un centre U-Haul pour les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan sur smartphone pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Déplacer et connecter des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le terrain, vérifier les niveaux de fluide.
• Répondre aux questions et renseigner les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter le retour d'équipement.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Recharger le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Autres tâches assignées.
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
