Job summary

U-Haul recherche un(e) Représentant(e) du service à la clientèle pour le centre de Des Moines, afin d'être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et de faciliter les locations et les retours.

Vous assisterez les clients, manipulerez la technologie U-Scan et préparerez les factures, avec des responsabilités incluant l’installation d’attelages et le remplissage de propane. Poste à temps partiel, rémunération horaire et primes incitatives.

Qualifications

• Aptitude à travailler avec les clients et à communiquer clairement.
• Sens du service et capacité à aider les clients sur place et à distance.
• Capacité à apprendre rapidement l’usage des technologies internes.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Relever et raccorder les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter le matériel sur le site et vérifier les niveaux de fluides.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Établir les factures de location et renvoyer le matériel loué.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Effectuer le remplissage de propane et conduire un chariot élévateur (certifications offertes).
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
