U-Haul recherche un Représentant(e) du service clientèle à Cedar Rapids, IA, à temps partiel, pour être le visage de notre service exceptionnel et aider les clients pendant leurs déplacements, avec inspection et maintenance des équipements.

Vous assistez les clients, utilisez U-Scan pour gestion des locations et préparez les factures. Le poste propose des entretiens pratiques et bonus de démarrage, avec formation continue via U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
• Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier.
• Capacité à travailler avec des clients et dans un accueil.
• Disponibilité pour un temps partiel.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan sur smartphone pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Déplacer et accrocher des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l’équipement sur le site, vérifier les niveaux de fluide.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et récupérer le matériel retourné.
• Installer des attelages et le câblage des remorques.
• Remplir le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Autres tâches assignées et formation continue via U-Haul University.
