Job summary

S.C.A.R., Inc. is seeking a Field Investigator in Texas. The role involves following routes for data collection, keeping a company vehicle in good condition, and providing detailed activity updates.

Hours typically range between 50–55 per week, with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience and performance. The position offers base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old and possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
• Not have more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable driver license possession.
• No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
• Must have and maintain reliable transportation.

Actual hours to be determined, but weekly hours are expected to be 50-55.

Field Investigators are asked to;

• Follow company policy and procedures
• Provide detailed updates on account activities
• Follow assigned routes for maximum data collection
• Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle

Compensation:

Our field investigators earn an average of $40,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience and efficiency. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance. Health care becomes available after 90-days introductory period, with management approval. PTO and 401k benefits become available after one year of employment.

Requirements

The applicant must:

• be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
• be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.
