Job summary

Pegasus Recovery Solutions in Odessa, TX is seeking Day and Night LPR Drivers to join our data-driven repossession team. You will operate a company vehicle equipped with four cameras, scanning license plates to build actionable data for current and future assignments.

You’ll drive assigned areas, complete inspections, plan routes, and maintain safety as a top priority. The role is hands-on, requires punctuality, and offers a performance-based commission for located vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of clean driving record.
• Must be 24 years or older.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Tech savvy; familiarity with car makes and models.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned area following planned routes.
• Operate company vehicle with 4 cameras to scan license plates in repossession database.
• Complete post-shift vehicle inspection and clean-up.
• Maintain safety as a priority and adhere to schedule.
• Attend day or night shifts as scheduled (50 hours per week).
