Job summary

NDT Global in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Reporting Specialist to prepare and publish Preliminary and Final In-Line Inspection (ILI) reports and supporting documents. You will coordinate the Technical Writing team, QA/QC reports, and help with printing and shipping as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years of technical writing experience, a degree or certificate in writing, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Technical Writing Certificate, or related field experience preferred.
• 2–3 years technical writing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with knowledge of oil and gas preferred.
• Experience in developing report templates and high-volume report creation.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports as needed by Data Analyst Leads.
• Coordinate, plan, and delegate report completion work to Technical Writing team.
• Aid in printing and preparing physical reports for shipment.
• Write and edit documentation for Entegra.

• Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Reporting Specialist will coordinate the efforts of the Technical Writing team, provide QA/QC of reports prepared by other Technical Writing team members, revise reports as needed, aid in printing and shipping reports, and produce internal documentation for ENTEGRA as required. This position reports to the Data Analysis Supervisor and is based in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Aid in printing and preparing physical reports for shipment
• Write and edit documentation for Entegra

Requirements
