Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Participate in planning, design, development, training, implementation, maintenance/support, and evaluation of software applications
    - Obtain and maintain Epic Certification in primary and supporting applications
    - Contribute to the selection/design, implementation, maintenance, and support of software applications
    - Serve as a mentor for less experienced IT staff
    - Monitor system performance and quality
    - Support 24/7 on-call rotation
    - Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain appropriate meeting records
    - Communicate with customers, administration, and team members regarding information technology and services
    - Transfer knowledge and/or train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information systems
    - Maintain complete and current documentation for responsible systems and IT processes

    Job Requirements:
    - Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in information technology, nursing, or related field
    - SQL query background and experience using analytical tools like Tableau and Power BI
    - Advanced SQL developer with the ability to query different database environments
    - Healthcare experience desirable but not required
    - Effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal relationship skills, and task management and problem-solving skills expected
    - Project management and leadership experience desired
    - Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Salary Range: $37,440-$109,304
