Job Description

The Reporting Automation & Dashboard Senior Consultant will be responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely reporting of customer results. This employee will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely reporting of customer results. This role empowers business partners with customer insights to guide and inform enterprise-wide efforts aimed at enhancing the customer experience. This employee will maintain report integrity by implementing systematic improvements that automate, streamline, and modernize reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence processes, to facilitate a unified version of the truth across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently design, build and deploy user-friendly interactive dashboards using visualization tool (Power BI) to democratize actionable customer insights

  • Connect data from across the enterprise using skills such as SQL

  • Synthesize data into an easy to consume, robust, integrated story that drives action / strategies / decisions

  • Inspire trust, collaborate, and ideate on creative reporting, analysis, and data visualization concepts to gain efficiencies, ensure meeting needs of stakeholders, and best depict information within tools

  • Advance our customer analytics capabilities by testing and deploying emerging trends (e.g., Natural Language Processing NLP, Large Language Models LLMs)

  • Serve as resource in data and visualization tools, and drive optimization efforts in data solutions and data management

  • This job does not have supervisory duties

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data visualization and analytics experience preferred

  • Microsoft Power Bi1-2 years minimum experience designing dashboards (Tableau considered)

  • Structured Query language (SQL) - 1-2 years minimum experience using SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
