Job summary

S P A Enterprise Info Services in the United States is seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics Integration & Deployment Lead to bridge SAP ERP/S/4HANA Finance with enterprise BI platforms and deploy scalable reporting models.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and actionable insights for executive leadership across multi-country deployments and environments.

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Reporting & Analytics Integration & Deployment Lead integrates and deploys global financial reporting solutions. This role bridges the gap between SAP ERP/S/4HANA Finance systems and enterprise business intelligence (BI) platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams to integrate complex financial data streams into scalable reporting models, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Integration

• Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end data pipelines from SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, Central Finance, Group Reporting) to analytics platforms.
• Formulate reconciliation of transactional SAP data between legacy and Quantum for analytical platforms.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.

Deployment & Release Management

• Coordinate the Quantum deployment roadmap for financial reporting dashboards, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Coordinate the test plan with analytical platforms.
• Coordinate system cutover activities, hyper-care support, and transport management across environments.
• Manage risks and dependencies during multi-country or multi-entity rollouts.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with the Quantum functional teams, deployment team, and Central Finance (cFin) team for release management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or enterprise reporting, of which at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Finance ecosystems (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA).
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle global analytics deployment projects.

Technical Skills

• SAP Finance Domain: Deep understanding of FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Profitability Analysis).
• SAP Analytics Stack: Good knowledge in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, or SAP HANA Calculation Views.
• Non-SAP BI Platforms: Strong proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
• Data Integration: Knowledge of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Data Services (BODS), or modern API/ETL frameworks.
