What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create regulatory reports specific to the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) to support contractual requirements
- Analyze state and federal regulatory rules to assess compliance and support audit procedures
- Perform oversight audits and validation activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage and produce an inventory of regulatory reports while supporting audit requests from health plans
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure reporting activities are timely and accurate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SIU, law enforcement, healthcare field, or regulatory field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with regulatory reporting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Healthcare experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience working for a managed care organization
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a related field (Regulatory, Compliance, and Auditing)
- Familiarity with Healthcare Fraud Shield
