Job summary

Teleperformance USA in Utah is seeking an analytical reporting specialist to transform data into actionable insights. You will build and review daily, monthly, and yearly reports, create executive presentations, and collaborate with Operations leaders to drive accuracy and productivity.

Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, plus English communication, are essential. You will support intercompany teams and participate in month-end close, while contributing to data quality and performance

Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets.
• Prepare presentations in Excel and/or PowerPoint to share with management on operations, accuracy and productivity data.
• Work with Operations Leaders to obtain information.
• Communicate with intercompany team members.
• Ensure accurate reporting of performance data with Operations.
• Understand and reconcile reports and data quality.
• Build and analyze data via extensive Excel reporting.
• Interpret and discuss TikTok performance results and data.
• Provide administrative support for Operations leaders.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

• Create, review and analyze critical daily, monthly, and annual reports and spreadsheets

• Prepare presentations in Excel and/or PowerPoint to be shared with management team involving operations, accuracy, and productivity data, using charts, graphs and spreadsheets.

• Working with varied Operations Leadersto obtain necessary information.

• Will be communicating with several intercompany team members.

• Work closely with Operations team to ensure accurate reporting ofperformance data.

• Ability to understand and execute reconciliation of reports and quality and productiondata.

• Responsible for building and analyzing data that via extensive Excel reporting.

• Ability to comprehend the TikTok performance results and talk to the data.

• Administrative work and support for Operations leaders

• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
