Job summary

The IMA Group in Manhattan is seeking a Report Processor to help ensure medical and assessment reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. You will work closely with our clinical team to influence the quality of every evaluation produced.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, organizing and processing data, and collaborating with medical professionals to resolve missing information, while maintaining organized databases and high data quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, report processing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with office software and databases.
  • Ability to multitask and work well on a team.

The IMA Group | Full-Time | $18/hr

About the Role

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and like keeping things organized? The IMA Group is hiring a Report Processor in Manhattan to help ensure our medical and assessment reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with our clinical team and play a direct role in the quality of every evaluation we produce.

What You'll Do
  • Review medical and assessment reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Process and organize reports according to company standards
  • Partner with medical professionals and evaluators to resolve missing information
  • Verify data for consistency and quality
  • Maintain organized records and databases of processed reports
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
