Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in the United States seeks a skilled supply chain professional to help manage production schedules and ensure customer demands are met with precision.

You will work closely with Operations, SIOP, and Commercial teams, offering recommendations to prevent shortages and coordinating shipments with sales to optimize inventory and throughput.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the business.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with people, analytic tools, supply chain processes, and scenario development.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface closely with the Operations, SIOP, and Commercial teams to compile and maintain schedules.
• Provide recommendations to SIOP and plant management on anticipated inventory issues to prevent shortages of critical materials.
• Coordinate production schedules and shipments with SIOP and the sales team.
