Job Summary:

The Replenishment Coordinator - Aldi will serve as a direct liaison between the customer and Johanna internal departments. This role will have daily contact with the customer/internal Johanna departments to ensure on time, in full order fulfillment and provide an open line of communication between Johanna and the customer.

Location:

• All work is completed Onsite at the Johanna Foods Corporate Office located at 20 Johanna Farms Road, Flemington, NJ 08822
• This position does not allow for remote work

Responsibilities

• Represent Johanna as the point of contact for all store level and DC/divisional replenishment processes, initiatives and issues.
• Manage Order fulfillment.
• Review weekly open order reports and provide status updates to customer, including expected delays, shortages and/or order changes
• Troubleshoot order entry and order processing issues to ensure orders are fulfilled complete, on time, and in compliance with customer requirements
• Develop key replenishment reports with regards to OTIF, days of supply and in stock requirements.
• Utilize account specific portals and account provided reports to gather insights on supply plans, order cadence, inventory levels and other relevant information.
• Analyze business trends/performance using customer specific portals.
• Proficiently use Johanna’s proprietary order entry system to review customer’s open orders, order history and order trends
• Collaborate closely with internal Johanna teams, including supply chain, production, and customer service
