Worldpac is seeking a DC Associate to support warehouse operations in Norcross, GA. You will pick, pack, stage parts, operate RF devices, and move boxes within the distribution center. This role requires reliability, basic math, and readiness for varied shifts.

The DC Associate has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse.

What You Will Contribute at Worldpac

What You Should Have

Education

High School/secondary school diploma or general education degree (GED)/homeschool equivalency

Must-Have Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Nice-to-Have Skills (but not required)

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

Worldpac expects to pay a base salary in the range provided on this job posting. Generally, we look to bring in candidates around the 50th percentile of the advertised range. However, this is never a guarantee. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
