Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a DC Associate to join our warehouse team in Texas. You will participate in pick, pack, and staging of parts, operate RF scanners, and move boxes throughout the distribution center, ensuring efficient receiving and material flow.

The role requires basic math, ability to read safety rules and procedures, and flexible availability for shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying.
• Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Marks pallets with identifying store information.
• Uses the computer / RF to enter records.
• Uses equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Uses voice picking system
• Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
• Will be required to use a handheld radio frequency device (R.F. Unit)
• Consistent, reliable attendance
• Other related duties as assigned.

What You Should Have

Worldpac expects to pay a base salary in the range provided on this job posting. Generally, we look to bring in candidates around the 50th percentile of the advertised range. However, this is never a guarantee. Within the range, individual pay will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
