This role focuses on improving supply chain planning through trend analysis, demand forecasting, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. It is a remote position based out of Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly demand plans with the sales team, validating assumptions and escalating unresolved issues.
• Coordinate with customer replenishment teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Leverage data to influence business partners and develop accurate forecasts.
• Monitor shipment performance against forecasts and identify root causes for discrepancies.
• Participate in process improvement projects related to forecasting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into insights for decision-making.
• Proven track record of achieving goals.
• Strong strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales planning, operations, or demand forecasting.
• Experience with CPG or retail, preferably with Walmart/Sam's Club.
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

Additional Details

• This is a full-time remote role based out of Arkansas.
• Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus a 15% bonus.
