Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Replenisher to accurately replenish pick locations and rotate inventory in our warehouse. You will work in a fast-paced environment, restocking areas and assisting other departments as needed to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities include operating a Reach Truck safely, reading put-away reports, and selecting proper locations for pallets. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years forklift experience are required; produce industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years direct receiving and operating a forklift.
• Produce industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving and storage processes.
• Ability to read put-away reports.

Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock warehouse areas.
• Operate Reach Truck safely.
• Report inventory discrepancies to inventory control specialist.
• Keep picking slots clean and organized.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Job Purpose:The Replenisher accurately replenishes pick locations with products and rotates inventory throughout the warehouse, putting an emphasis on accuracy and productivity.Job Responsibilities:Replenish and restock various warehouse areas.Works in a fast-paced environment.Assists other departments with work activities when required.Attends work regularly and on time as scheduled.When exchanging product in the picking slot, remove the empty pallet and place it in a designated location based on the condition of the palletOperate Reach Truck in accordance with our safety policiesReport inventory discrepancies to inventory control specialistClean out any debris from picking slot during the replenishment processPerform any warehouse duty that may be necessary that contributes to providing our customers with excellent service.Minimum Qualifications.High School Diploma or equivalent1 - 2 years direct receiving and operating a forklift preferably in the produce industryWarehouse receiving and storage processes and proceduresKnowledge of product types and the ability to make judgments on product qualityComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, and have good organizational skills.Able to drive a Reach TruckAble to lift and load cases on to warehouse shelves properly and safelyAbility to read put-away reports and match with slot location and case product description
