Replace a Departing Plastic Surgeon in Beautiful East Texas!!
One of the only two plastic surgeons in this mid-sized community in beautiful East Texas is moving to be closer to his aging mother. Our other surgeon is looking to bring an associate into a joint practice to handle the additional workload from the departing surgeon's very busy practice (we estimate he has been doing 400+ procedures per year).
This is a great opportunity with potential to build volume very quickly!

PRACTICE
PARTNERSHIP opportunity with a well-established (20 years+), BC plastic surgeon
Call coverage of 1:2 anticipated
The remaining surgeon does Hands in addition to general plastice surgery, and the new physician will need to be BC/BE in both Plastics and Hands
Great opportunity to do wound-related surgery too as that service is not currently provided in the community.
Good opportunity to establish a practice and bring in another associate when the current surgeon retires (expected within 10 years)
