Champion Comfort Experts is seeking a residential repipe and installation plumber to join our team in the Asheville area. You will work on repipes, installations, and upgrades, following company standards while delivering top-tier service to customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the installation and repipe departments, adherence to schedules, and ongoing training for career growth within a supportive management team. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience minimum.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installation following company standards and procedures
Deliver exceptional customer service
Analyze work orders, adhere to daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform designated work, and proactively address problems
Maintain a full stock inventory for each job
Document work performed following company procedures
Guide and share knowledge with assistants or apprentices
Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
