Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Roles:

• Produce quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of Kamtek.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to KAMTEK’s plant standards and upholding the Magna Employee’s Charter.

Essential Functions

• Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using our CMS system.
• TLCQQ – Tagging Correct, Loaded Properly, Closed Properly, Quantity Correct, Quality Parts.
• Perform quality checks as required using QID, QIF, FO/LO Process, and Quality alerts as our guide.
• Visually evaluate welds for fusion, porosity, location, size, burn through, notching, or under cut.
• Welding techniques to repair and complete existing welds.

Position Requirements

• Proficient in MIG welding and basic use of hand tools.

Education/work Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment is preferred.
