100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Repair Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting radio or electronic equipment in an office/warehouse setting.

You will perform depot repair, upgrades, and programming, document serial numbers and equipment configurations, and use telecommunications test equipment to ensure quality and compliance.

Onsite work schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST, Mon-Fri, with a 90-day training period and potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CET certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of radio, electronics, or telecommunications repair experience.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications test equipment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and program radio equipment.
  • Perform depot-level repair and refurbishment activities.
  • Document serial numbers, model numbers, and equipment configurations.
  • Use telecommunications test equipment including DVMs, Service Monitors, and Watt Meters.

Handle routine tasks or smaller project assignments without constant oversight.Must-Have Qualifications: Must be reliable, possess basic data entry and computer skills, be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English, be mechanically inclined, if not already obtained must be willing and able to pass the Associate level CET and able to pass a Federal Background Investigation.Software Proficiency: Prefer Microsoft suite including Excel/Word and Google Suite including Sheets/Docs.Required Experience Level: Entry-LevelWork Environment: Office setting, Open technical floor with partitioned work bench stations, heated and air conditioned warehouse.Lifting Requirements: 25 lbsYou should be proficient in:DVMMOBILE RADIOSRadioRADIO COMMUNICATIONSRADIO EQUIPMENTTROUBLESHOOTINGWATT METERREFURBISHMENT
