Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards for SealMiners. This on-site role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to electronics.

You'll work with soldering irons, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other tools, reading circuit diagrams and helping prevent future failures. The position is full-time at our Rockdale, TX site.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of repair experience.
• Experience soldering precision components and using oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Strong electrical knowledge and circuit board troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards returned by customers and identified through testing.
• Partner with other departments to investigate failures and help prevent future damage.
• Share repair techniques, troubleshooting tips, and best practices with teammates.
• Maintain and inspect repair equipment, including soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with ICs, chips, and a variety of electronic components.
• Take on additional projects and support the team as needed.

What You'll Do

• You'll be working on SealMiners, Air and Hydro A2 and A3, PSU's for SealMiners.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective hash boards returned by customers and identified through testing.
• Partner with other departments to investigate failures and help prevent future damage.
• Share repair techniques, troubleshooting tips, and best practices with teammates.
• Maintain and inspect repair equipment, including soldering irons, heat guns, oscilloscopes, and other specialized tools.
• Read circuit diagrams, analyze wiring, and work with ICs, chips, and a variety of electronic components.
• Take on additional projects and support the team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of repair experience.
• Experience soldering precision components and confidently using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air stations.
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to learn advanced circuit board troubleshooting techniques.
