Qualifications

  • 5+ years PCB repair/assembly experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with BGA rework and micro-soldering.
  • Strong knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001.
  • Proven ability to train others and lead technical projects.
  • Excellent cross-team communication.
  • "IPC" standards and reliability knowledge are essential.

Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Repair Technician II to join its Saline, MI team! Repair Technicians perform repair, rework, assembly, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Depending on level, technicians may be responsible for basic soldering tasks, advanced troubleshooting, training, or procedure development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex PCB repair and rework activities, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency with BGA rework, micro-soldering, and precision troubleshooting.
