Smart Pool Services LLC is seeking a Repair Technician I to perform repairs on client swimming pools and facilities in Sugar Land, TX. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs, inspect equipment, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate reliably.

The role requires reading repair manuals, using hand and power tools, and strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Prior related experience and a RAIL/state license are preferred.

Job Summary

The Repair Technician I will perform repairs to client swimming pools and facilities as directed by the Company.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs to clients swimming pools.
• Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Consults manuals or other resources as needed.
• Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and heating continue operating properly.

• Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and swimming pool repair.
• Ability to read repair manuals.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in related field preferred.
• RAIL license or equivalent state license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to carry 50 pounds at a time
