Job Overview

Are you mechanically inclined, driven to understand how things work, and looking to advance your technical skills? Pool Care Specialists of Central FL LLC is urgently seeking a Repair Technician to support our growing team in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pool systems or similar trades, who enjoys solving problems and providing high-quality service. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool systems while helping us expand our capacity and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair residential pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation, etc.
  • Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on pool equipment
  • Troubleshoot system malfunctions independently
  • Communicate effectively with customers about findings and repairs
  • Maintain service logs via company devices
  • Support warranty and manufacturer service tasks
  • Identify and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements
  • Participate in technical training and team assistance
  • Travel to job sites using a company vehicle
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of pool-related experience; 2+ preferred
  • Willing to train candidates with transferable skills (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, technology)
  • Strong knowledge of pool systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Certifications from PHTA, WU, or similar are a plus
  • Relevant experience in pool construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or LP systems
  • Florida licenses (CPC, LP Qualifier, EC, CFC, etc.) are advantageous
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, curiosity, independence, customer focus, valid driver’s license, outdoor work comfort
