Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Repair Technician to join our field-based team in Fort Collins. You will inspect roofing systems, diagnose issues, and complete repairs while delivering professional customer service on every job.

This role requires travel to local job sites in a company vehicle and may involve working at heights. This position features overtime and occasional Saturday shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years roofing or related repair experience.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season.
