Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the review and approval of critical manufacturing and repair processes across aftermarket sources for engine hardware. This role is hybrid and requires U.S. citizenship.
You will qualify supplier repair processes, evaluate materials, document results to support process qualification, and travel to global sources to witness readiness, while estimating repair costs and developing standard work.

The salary range for this role is $107,500 USD – $204,500 USD. The salary range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
