A leading engineering and IT services company seeks a Repair Shop Coordinator to support repair and overhaul activities. The role involves maintaining SAP records, managing customer communications, and conducting data analysis. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, familiarity with RMA processes, and a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
The Repair Shop Coordinator provides support to Repair/Overhaul activities in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position may include customer interface as it directly relates to customer-owned material. Daily duties include SAP CS, RMA maintenance, and contact with various internal departments. Responsibilities include maintaining manual or computerized SAP records and assisting Repair Department personnel as well as the factory floor.
Associates Degree in Business Admin or related field preferred but not required.
