Job summary

You will be based in our Springfield, TN location. The shift will start at 5 :15 am and end at 1 :30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Repairs gas and electric ranges to support the production of the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Troubleshoots functional defects.
• May on occasion, backfill for associates who must repair workmanship errors.
• Understands basic A.C-R600. Experience preferred.
• Capable of handling complex tasks & repairing units in a timely manner while moving down the line
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Math Level 1
• Able to read and write English to understand repair procedures and wiring schematics.
• Must obtain Brazer Certification within first 30 days in role.
• Ability to communicate with Team Members and Production Supervisor
• Flexible to rotate positions with other Repair Operators or other positions as needed
• Need to be familiar with small tools for repairing Must be capable to learn how to repair cabinets and doors (Cosmetic & Electrical)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift packages 40 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
