Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is seeking a Setter-Operator III for the Weekend Shift (5:30 AM–5:30 PM) in Springfield, TN. You will operate press equipment, ensure safety, and support efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2 years die setting/press operator experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. English literacy and a high school diploma are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Active Driver's License.
• Able to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to pass Lock out/Tag out
• Basic troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise.
• Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Receive verbal and written information.
• Complete all necessary documentation andcommunicatesaccurately and timely.
• Understand written instructions and be willing and able to communicate those instructions to others.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

• 2 years die setting/press operatorexperience.
• ActiveDriversLicense
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach andliftupto 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
• Able to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
