Total Tool is seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our Kansas City, KS team. You will assess incoming tools, determine repair paths, manage repair orders, and communicate with customers on status, invoicing, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with rental, customer service, and sales to keep operations efficient and ensure accurate records, inventory counts, and warranty handling. This role offers a stable schedule and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assess incoming tools and determine the appropriate repair path, whether internal, external, or across branches
• Manage repair orders and communicate effectively with customers about repair status, invoicing, and follow-ups
• Work closely with various departments, including rental, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records for repairs, assist with inventory counts, and handle warranty claims
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and prepared for high volumes of tools and special events
