Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Repair Inventory Analyst to manage daily repair part replenishment, track build vs repair reports, and update log for out-of-stock issues. This role supports MFG and RMA activities in a fast-moving environment.

The candidate will analyze inventory availability, back up daily WIP and repair summaries, and lead lean material initiatives while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in a US-based operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair part supermarket material replenishment
• Generates daily MFG Build vs Into repair report
• Update OOS /Part Issue log
• Daily resolution on repair material discrepancies
• Analyzes out of stock parts for inventory availabilities and or alternative materials
• Leads OOS part donor projects
• Evaluates material needs for RMA SVP2 (30/month)
• Assists leads with part identification and workorder questions
• RDS cleanup projects upon request
• Generates special material reports for MGT when requested
• Back up on daily RDS WIP reports
• Back up on MFG daily repair summary report
• Lead team(s) on material lean activities
