Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Hands-on repair experience is a plus.
• Experience in construction, drywall, painting, or landscaping supports attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review each product to determine required repairs.
• Ensure proper tools and materials to repair to insurance quality standards.
• Perform repairs including cutting, trimming, filing, bending, or smoothing parts as needed.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and safety standards followed.
• Collaborate with team to identify and develop improved repair methods.
