Job summary

US Foods Zebulon is seeking a Repacker to help reduce inventory shrink and improve warehouse organization. You will evaluate damaged products, repackage saleable items, and log lot numbers and dates for traceability.

This role requires basic math, independent work, and reliable performance in a multi-temperature warehouse. Excel proficiency and operating an electric pallet jack are a plus; schedule includes weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and good written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay dependable in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Excel and operating an electric pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump).
• Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
• Record information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.).
• Track dated products to minimize loss due to date issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour. As applicable, this role may also receive overtime compensation.
