Job summary

Staffmark in Lexington, KY is hiring a Repack Support Associate to pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment and to move goods using pallet jacks. The role requires attention to detail and dependable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 am–3:15 pm) with a $13.00 hourly rate and opportunities for career growth within a safety-conscious warehouse. Previous RF scanner and WMS experience are a plus.

Job Duties

• This associate will use a pallet jack to move finished goods from repack to forklift put-away.
• They are also responsible for removing empty boxes.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Repack Support Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
