Eagle Staffing Solutions is seeking a Repack Material Handler to support the Operations team in our Michigan facility. You will unpack automotive parts, perform quick visual checks, and repack items into designated containers following work instructions.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to work in a team or independently on a daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm). The position is temporary with FTZ facility requirements and standard background/drug screening.

Position Description: Repack Material Handler

Department: Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager/ Warehouse Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Position Summary

The Repack Material Handler is responsible for unpacking automotive parts, completing a brief visual check, and repacking parts into designated containers according to work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack automotive parts from cartons, totes, or other containers.
• Perform a brief visual check for obvious damage or concerns.
• Repack parts into designated containers.
• Verify correct quantities and packaging as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety rules and work instructions.
• Report damaged or questionable parts to supervision.
• Perform other material-handling or warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, bending, reaching, and lifting movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, repack, packaging, assembly, or production experience preferred.

Assignment Requirements

Due to the requirements of the Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) facility, candidates must:

• Successfully complete a background check.
• Successfully complete a drug screen.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
